By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the airline
- Prices are displayed in the currency shown and may include taxes, fees, and surcharges
- Full payment is required at the time of booking
- We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment methods
- E-tickets will be sent to the registered email address within 24 hours of confirmation
3. Pricing & Fees
- Prices are subject to change without notice until payment is completed
- Service fees, convenience fees, and airline charges are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings if pricing errors occur
- Currency conversion rates (if applicable) are determined at the time of booking
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary by airline and fare type
- Non-refundable tickets cannot be cancelled for a refund
- Refundable tickets may incur airline cancellation fees
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method
- Service fees and convenience charges are non-refundable

5. Changes & Modifications
- Flight changes are subject to airline policies and availability
- Change fees and fare differences apply
- Name corrections may incur charges (full name changes not allowed)
- Date/time changes must be made at least 24 hours before departure
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must:
- Provide accurate personal and travel information
- Carry valid identification (government-issued ID for domestic, passport for international)
- Arrive at the airport as per airline guidelines (usually 2-3 hours before departure)
- Comply with airline baggage policies and security regulations
- Check visa requirements for international destinations
7. Travel Documents & Visas
It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. HiCheapAir is not liable for denied boarding due to invalid documentation.
8. Liability Limitations
- We act as an intermediary between you and the airline
- Airlines are solely responsible for flight operations, delays, cancellations, and baggage
- HiCheapAir is not liable for airline schedule changes, strikes, or force majeure events
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for booking services
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, or government actions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on HiCheapAir (logos, text, images, design) is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use automated systems (bots) to scrape or access our website
- Make false bookings or provide fraudulent information
- Violate any laws or regulations while using our services
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration under the laws of India. Courts in Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
